Photographic Consent

The parent/guardian gives permission for All Stars Theatre Academy to use still and video images of the student in publicity materials or marketing.  Should the parent/guardian wish the student to be excluded from publicity materials, this should be put in writing to ASTA.  Any photography/video taken by teachers or professional photographers on behalf of the school, remain solely for the private use of the school.  Any photos/videos used for marketing material or the website is done with the consent of the parent/guardian.  No personal information is used or linked to the photographs.

My decision on whether to give consent will remain valid unless I notify ASTA to the contrary in writing.

I agree that if I, or members of my family, take photographs or video recordings at a school event these will be kept for personal use only
